Like those two games, especially Diablo, this game is all about action and it does not try to hide that fact. Think of Dungeon Runners as a hamburger with nothing but the meat inside of the bun. All the extras have been either trimmed down or don't exist. Do not look for any depth because you won't find any. The purpose of Dungeon Runners is for players to jump into the game and immediately start killing monsters and getting loot. There are only 3 basic classes (fighter, mage, and ranger) and just one race to choose from so players should be flying through character creation with little thought. Quests also do not require a lot of thought since they are very simple and follow a system similar to World of Warcraft. Traveling is not a problem either thanks to teleporting to and from town. Besides having gameplay very similar to Diablo, this game also brings to mind another recent free online game known as Bots. Both games feature endless and mindless combat. Both of these game can also be very fun at first but can get old fairly fast due to too much repetition. All in all, Dungeon Runners is the best recent free game for gamers who miss Diablo but do not want to buy Guild Wars. However, take note that you will need to pay $5 a month for access to the best weapons and armor.  Key Features Free to play. Heavy on action. Three classes: fighter, mage, and ranger. If you don't get a membership you end up being a weakling compared to the members. That said, I thought this game is very funny mainly because of the names of armor and weapons. For example, Cardboard Beaver Beater of the Awesome Dung Beetle. Stuff like that is cool but the game gets kind of boring after a few dozen dungeons because you are doing the same thing over and over again. A few interesting points: - Good party system that fiinds a group for you if you can't find one. - Only good if your a member. - Very repetitive. - Only 3 classes available. - Ranger is cool. You can get a a really fast bow that ends up firing at machine gun speed or you can get the ranger a shotgun!
