While Lineage 1
and 2 both get a boost from their popularity in
Korea, Final Fantasy XI is helped by its large
presence in Japan. Not only is the game popular
but FFXI stands as one of the most solid MMORPGs
in the genre alongside the likes of World of
Warcraft and City of Heroes with a great story,
tight game play, a huge game world, stellar
graphics, and team oriented quests.

Comment: My favorite MMORPG... period. One of the
great things about this game is that you can make
new friends easier than most online games. In
order play the game to the fullest you have to
work together in parties and quests. The world
Vana'diel puts the massive in MMORPG. I have been
playing for over a year now and I still haven't
seen all there is to see. Another great thing is
the selection of jobs. When you start you get to
choose from Warrior, Monk, Thief, White mage,
Black mage, or Red mage. When you reach level 30
you may do the advanced job quests. Advanced jobs
include: Paladin, Dark Knight, Ranger, Bard,
Summoner, Beastmaster, Dragoon, Ninja, and my
personal favorite Samurai! Also you can have a sub
job which is a job that you add to your main job
and you get the stat bonuses and and abilities from
that job! For Instance, I am a Samurai/Warrior.
With warrior as my sub job I get increased
strength and HP and the useful abilities that only
warriors get. I could go on all day about how good
this game is but I think have said enough lol.
