that would like be whit a buttons of Rules
Then it would be
a set of rules
which will be able to be clicked so u can put the rule on or off

and if a rule was broken
u would be Punished whit a bad thing
Like Booting Or Maybe a new Point ranking which says
RULE BREAKER -100
