Yeh i think it is a pretty good game it would be in the top 3 not 1st though..

Oblivion for sure. I'm bored of it now, but it was the all time greatest game I've ever played. Not the best graphics, but SO fun

I don't know, but I wouldn't rank any of xbox 360's exclusives on the top 10 list, except maybe Fable II.
