Doubt it 9 Dragons has a ton of lag. I haven't played it in a while so they might of fixed/improved it but idk for sure.

Conquer Online is a much better PVP where you actually have to work it, not Just click and shoot but you actually have to dodge, Jump and aim at your target not Just click on it.
The company support is not that good though but the game is still the best I have seen and I have seen a lot.
