    If u think on the old guild wars [1] then wow is better, but guild wars 2 is like 3 light years in front of wow and i will buy it as soon as it comes out...

    A lightyear (ly) is a measure of distance, not time, as it is the distance it takes for light to cross in one year with no interruptions.

    However...how do you know it is so much of a better game even though it isn't out yet? I know the feeling myself of being disappointed by trailers when a game doesn't live up to its expectations.

    #2 Lightyears is a figure of speech of time as well.
    #3@Webber Guild Wars (1) is better than WoW in my opinion. If it had a higher level cap people would agree (in my opinion) because that is the biggest complaint I hear, is that lvl 20 is too low of a level gap. And Guild Wars 2 fixes that problem.

    I say WoW. even the expansion sucks and the game become to simple and easy. it still has a chance for becoming interesting again from patch (which we seen WoW did it many times)
    I like guild war to and the NC soft work but i like blizzard stuff better since we get better goodi bags from Blizzcon lol
