I'm not attracted by Twilight saga at all, it's a girl's movie :)

If u really like the Vampire - Werewolf themed shows check out The Vampire Diaries, it's a great show with awesome story and non fag actors :p

Show is atm on season 2 and not even 1 episode is boring or lame, I recommend it to everybody ^^

I never watched Twilight or read the book, just heard about it from friends. I don't think it ruined how I look at vampires and werewolves because there are still original ideas today that exist for the two creatures, most which are better than Twilight.

No. ive read the books and watched the movies. it didnt ruin anything for me. it simply gave me an alternative way of seeing them..something like what if vampires and werewolves are like this and not like the usual way the world sees them.

Its not that bad. Tbh. Its a unique kind of how the vampires get portrayed. The question is, have you actually seen and knew how vampires worked?

Well the author's work is his masterpiece. And yessy. Its good c:

I read the book and stopped at chapter 2 because it was ridiculous. I've never seen the movie but I saw the trailer and I hate it as much as the novel. From that day on my views on vampire and werewolf changed for a while. Good thing I have Anne Rice to hold on to. I just go back to the memory from when I first saw Interview With the Vampire.

I think the reason why people dislike Twilight is because it undermines the tradition of how we generally interpret vampires and werewolves through a more Gothic horror nature, but Stephenie Meyer, the author of Twilight, interprets her novel through romance than the traditional Gothic horror we see with vampires and werewolves. In a sense, it does break traditions of vampire and werewolf stories, but it opens a new way of looking at the two creatures of Gothic horror. Twilight is more of the novel/film that you either like or you don't like.

Not really because Twilight has it's own way to show what vampires and werewolves would look like, just like anyone else does so it didn't really ruin how i look at vampires and werewolves.
I was never into vampires and werewolves to begin with so Twilight's presentation of them didn't really upset me at all.

It's not a material that needs to be hated. But i understand when ppl "dislike" it. Cos what we think and what we want should always be right and followed right?
    >u>

and theyre better off with making the story and the concepts better. Right~

Well i wouldn't say ruined... We saw a different kind of vampires/werewolves so i guess its fine!!! I actually prefer werewolves here (though thats not exactly a werewolf more like shapeshifter/shaman thing but i like the transformation more than the classic "i saw the full moon and now i cant resist transforming and killing everyone around me" cliche).
