    Battlefield 3 is a polished war machine... DICE has been doing this for years and it shows. BF3 might not be perfect and they might of made some changes to attract the CoD crowd... much to the dismay of it's hardcore users but at the end of the day BF3 is still one of the most unique, best looking and well rounded online shooters on the market.

    Firefall has a lot of potential but this game as rode that hype wave for years. It's been in forever beta for what seems like well forever and now that I've got my hands on it all I can say is ... well it's cool, I can see the potential but it's still not there. It's defiantly beta, it's not done... but it's been this way for years, I can't say it's better than the polished BF3 in it's current state and given it's slow progress I'm not convinced it will ever reach the height of that elusive potential is has so much of either.

    I actually checked firefall out due to the fact it became one of the favorites to win this showdown, and I have to say, close, but no cigar.
    It's a good game, yes, but compared with BF3, it's simply outmatched where it most matters for a shooter game - at the shooting. BF3's gameplay is superior to that of firefall, and it definitely looks better as well. Also I pretty much hear that the development of firefall is taking ages, and in my book, that's a very bad thing.

    That it does, BF3 is simply gorgeous, especially maxed out on a high end PC. Just wow. Although I could do without the crazy amounts of lens flare. ^^

    Well if they made it perfect, they couldn't make battlefield 4, nobody would need it xD
    Seriously though, I'm yet to see a perfect looking game, I've seen quite a few that come close, BF3 included (actually, BF2 included as well), but not a single one reached that level so far
