How about like Ogreland? xD.

We should ALL work together to create this project.

Ogey did a good job with Ogre Wars, so why not take it a step farther?

 

I can say it's SWTOR.. you may acquired all of it..

I'm creative, I can think of the maybe weapon attacks and stuff but I'm a bad artist so.. xD

 

Good idea maybe you can build your own race I always been searching for a online game where you can make your own alien race

Also, Ogreman didn't make Ogre Wars, some other person made it, and made it available for downloading as a plug-in to this vBulletin obviously, and Ogreman has put into the forums.

On more thing, if you're making an MMORPG, you should keep it simple to make it easier to make. 2D is easier than 3D to draw, instances are easier than a large seamless world for example.

If you can learn fast, you can do anything...

 

It's hard to get both good graphics and a good game engine. You'd have to be both an artist and a programmer to make a good game all by yourself these days, unless of course you want to make it a textbased game. I use some graphics in my game, but they're mostly black and white .gif pictures, still I'd like to think i did a decent job at it for someone who has almost no drawing skills, at least there are no stick figures in it.

So I'm curious now, what kind of game is this going to be?

 

Oh and by the way, just to point how hard it is to get good graphics in an online game, let alone any game. A game engine can fail miserably, but so can graphics.

Anyone ever noticed the elf on the front page of empire craft? Not to sound obscene or anything, but where are her nipples? It's like she had breast cancer, only to get implants afterwards. I know the game is supposed to have a fantasy theme, but heck even fantasy themes need some realism. You just know that whoever made those graphics had to have been a guy, who isn't exactly cut out for his job, but perhaps that's just my opinion.

 

Maybe she was wearing clothes? That were the shade of skin? I don't know...

 

yes that's what i figured too at first, but then where is the line at the neck? There isn't any, at least none that i can see. Anyway the point is, either way you look at it there's something not quite right about that picture.
