Default Intro to GameOgre.com's Forum

It has been past time that Introductions needed its own forum so here it is. If you need help with something just ask myself or Aaddron or any other active forum member such as eXoZmM, mmowiz, Eviran etc. You can even challenge our resident Arcade King, FightOYoLife, in the arcade. Enjoy your stay.

I assume HERE is where it is, so here it is!

I'm mmmmna, I'm older than most dirt but I know that in the summer of '58, when I arrived on the planet, that there was some dirt already laying around.

I'm new to MMOs, not new to gaming: I never completed the original Zork, I beat the big boss in umoria and in MacBoss (essentially a port of moria to 68k Macintosh), tried Myst but the system got infected by exuberant teen children who downloaded EVERYTHING under the sun... and now I wanna try newer stuff.

See ya!

That is what brought me here... that list is well done.

I wonder if we could create a list where it lists games having true Linux compatibility, meaning without emulating Windows. To me, emulating windows is the same as requiring Windows.

I see games in my distribution which don't require an emulated Windows environment, but there must be more than Egoboo, NetHack, Eternal Lands, and The Mana World.

I'll go look around on the net.... and if I find a good list to start from, I'll start a thread outside of this forum.

I'm new too...

I have a few Qs.

1.What is a blog entry?
2.How do you win tournaments?
3.How do you get that medal thing beside your name?

Answer at least one please!

Heya rebirth,

Lemme answer your first question, since I don't know about the two others.

A blog (short for weblog) is a personal online journal that is frequently updated and intended for general public consumption. Blogs are defined by their format: a series of entries posted to a single page in reverse-chronological order. Blogs generally represent the personality of the author or reflect the purpose of the Web site that hosts the blog. Topics sometimes include brief philosophical musings, commentary on Internet and other social issues, and links to other sites the author favors, especially those that support a point being made on a post.

Oh by the way I'm new here too, so hello to everybody.
