I think that it's gunna be a lot worse.
Diablo II has this nostalgia feel to it that only a 2.5D game brings, if they keep the 2.5D but make the graphics better, you're gunna get something Conquer-esque, and it just feels... wrong, to have a game with good graphics have such a strange perspective... I wonder if they're gunna get the grind to be as fun as in D2:LoD...

Dangit...
Yeah, the mobs seem to be considerably smaller in D3 beta videos, so D3 seems like it's gunna fail... T_T The only reason why D2 is so addicting is to take on hordes of 30+ monsters at a time... It's so satisfying... If they take that away, there's no more point... In reference to the debate, you always have a way of getting me to fight for the side I think is gunna lose, don't you?  Hahahah

Havent posted in awhile.
Why would DIII suck?  1:it looks like Dungeon Seige 2 by what i have seen with screenies. 2:the story might suck,after DII they said that evil has been taken from this world,i dont get why they would do a third. and 3:The Downloadable content will probobly be light sabers just like in DS2. Other than that the game will rock,no doubt. im still buying it though ^_^

You can see gameplay videos, it's nothing like Dungeon Seige 2. Don't worry
The story WILL suck, it's no question. They killed the plot in D2:LoD, so they can't really continue it in D3. Plot in D3- "Woah, holy crap, the evil is back! WOAHAHHHHH!!!!" The downloadable content? Not sure on that...
