They are working on both... Blizzard always takes it's time in releasing games they hardly ever set release dates until the game is finished to avoid delays if a problem was found. The result is we have to wait longer to play but a better game is released.

I know. Starcraft 2 was suppose to come out at February according to Blizzard schedule, but what month is it now? MAY!

I'm pretty sure that was because the game was finished and out of the blue they decided to turn it into a trilogy

Blizzard lives by the motto it's done when it's done... I think I heard they wont be at E3 so I'd guess a release date for Starcraft 2 and maybe Diablo 3 will be announced at BlizzCon.
