Default Shortcut Problem


1. If you are receiving the error message above, please remove the current shortcut. Locate your MapleStory folder (default:C:\Nexon\MapleStory) and create a shortcut for MapleStory.exe. Right click MapleStory.exe and select "Create Shortcut"

2. Drag the new shortcut onto your desktop and launch the game

This should allow you to launch the game with no problems. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

You can if you use Internet Explore. Right click on the page you want to create a shortcut to and click create shortcut. Idk about Firefox though.
