Why do people like this game?

I know the age ranges in this game go from 8-40, but it's one of those game's where you have to try it. Either you like it, or you don't. No in between. Personally, I hated it. But, WeeHut loves it. To every man his own.

I agree with exo. Played the game for a bit but i just can't grind it is the most boring thing about a game in my opinion.

Personaly I don't really much care for MS. Mabey it's that I like to play a game and not a cartoon, but IDK. Quote "the graphics are decent if you're 8" what graphics? It looks like pieces of paper glued on my monitor. Cartoonish sounds, cartoonish looks. I was waiting on an anvil falling out of the sky and landing on me. Overall? 0.5/100. Dying game anyways, i think some MS players crawled out from underneath thier rocks and found actual MMOs (RuneScape/ WoW). Go out and play something other than this "game" if I can call it that. Thank you for putting this thread up about this "game", I had to inform people about the differences between childs play and mature games with a mature atmosphere.

Near beta and soon after: Was a pretty cool game. Storybook feel, enjoyably grindy, some mechanics made the game interesting.

Cash shop release: Game quickly died. Gatchapon destroyed the game the most (Trading chargeable cash for random items.)

Also, hackers. Do not play on Broa/Bera/Scania, as they're the worst servers in terms of economy.

The game was wonderful in its pre-CS era. I loved it, anyway. Post-CS... I TRIED playing it honestly, I did, but the non-CS player is rated below the CS player automatically. They have insane advantage over the non-paying people, and that just drives me nuts. Sure, RS members have advantage over non-members too, but the price you pay there is way smaller compared to MS.

I used to play it back when it first came out and it was a lot of fun. As time went by the community went down hill and cash shop took over.

I think this happens to all games when they have been out for a long time. (It would also explain why there are so many people on it)

Personally I kept playing because I had alot of friends and my girlfriend at the time played. Now its like "crap I spent so much time on this stupid game it would suck not to get 4th job." Its like a perpetual disease. But now I just play private servers. I get the 4th job feel with a fraction of the time. Im a lazy MS player now.
