Not all are born leaders

In an online game, they are basically called the guild leader/master. These people are the one’s who qualify themselves to create their own guild. The basic requirement for this role is that you should have the resources, decent level and respectable items. Anyone qualified for this is now set for building their own guild.

But as I quoted above, not all are born leaders....
