God, I was like 8, and my first online game was, Age of Mythologys, an RTS. Now why the hell did a 8 year old get an RTS? Because he was doing a project on Greek mythology.
Played that game for years. Right before I quit I got to 4th on the rankings, quit cause Esemble Studios, the company that made the game, was shutting down so they wouldn't ban hackers. Now virtually everyone hack and i'm not jokeing, the ratings were completely messed up. First MMORPG wasen't actually Runescape (that was my second), it was a game called Robot Rage.

The Realm Online in 2001. I wasnt really even into pc games at the time, I played the occassional Sim City. lol. I found the disc at Meijer of all places, didnt notice it was online.

shadow of legend. a lot of things to explore and i'm still hooked on it. it released an interesting update yesterday. this friday will be its double xp day
