Well, I think I heard something about there being more MGS's but without snake, a different main character in the same world some time later. I have no idea where I heard that though, so I can't confirm it...

So true I would want them to stop making MGS if there going to get rid of snake.

I guess I agree to some extent. It certainly depends on how well they incorporate a new character. The only reason I'd hold out hope is that I like the era. There are few far future games like that with such economic backing.
