When rating games...

Do you rate games like 8/10 is average? I used to do this, and a lot of people do it as well I think. But, now, thanks to the help of a games magazine that enlightened me, I realise that 5/10 is average for a game! I know! Genius! Anyway, did you do that in the past as well? I hop this article will get more people to rate games properly.

Most of the time I rate it 7 for the average not 8.

I think it should be that 5/10 means the game is average, it makes more sense when I think about it.

I just rate what I feel the game should be. If I love it, my score will be 8 to 10.

Hmmm... it seems a lot of people thing that rating a game 8 is average, and 5 is quite low... I personally think we should change our views on the rating world (lol), but does anyone agree?

I agree, 5/10 is not offensive, simply means the game is average...where if a game has a horrible community and gameplay, it might get a 1 or 2.

i never did that, to me 8/10 is good, not average
