That is a possibility since it has been in three Showdowns already. RuneScape was on a similar path, but it ended up winning last year
 . The only really exception to a game not staying in multiple years despite not winning in the past is World of Warcraft.

This is just a question, but has Lineage 2 ever even been considered to be added to the list? i havent really looked at MMO showdown 1 and 2, but i dont think it was in 3 or 4.
I think that Martial Arts MMO's are severely underrepresented. I think that at least once, for one year, a martial arts MMO should be included, even if it lost to maplestory.

i dont think lineage has been in a showdown. i think showdown has had martial arts mmo tho right?

On a side note, I'd like to recommend two MMORPGs:
Lord of The Rings Online. Turbine has done amazing things with it. Runes of Magic. It may be a WoW clone, but for a free game, it's even better than WoW in my books. As the company said, "We could've made it a pay-to-play game and it would have no doubt been very successful, but we didn't want to turn potential players away simply because of a monthly fee."

Ok, a list of potential games for the tournament has been added. Several of those like Lord of the Rings, Darkfall, and Runes of Magic will be added soon. We may have to add a poll towards the end since there are so many good possibilities
