Whats with all the Age of Conan hate? I play Age of Conan and not World of Warcraft because of the combat and community. Conan is less cartoonish. People whining about the first 20 levels have not played in a long time because the devs continue to improve everything.

WoW...some of you live in the past. Its AoC for me since it is grittier and more life like than Toonland WoW. But fanboys are a dime a dozen. I gave up WoW for AoC and since it is much better now I am not coming back.

As a person who has played both WOW and AOC, the pick was easy for me. (AOC wins hands hand). But having said that i did miss the start of AOC so have never run into the game bugs people talk about, game alway run well for me. Coming from WOW it was abit of learning curve for me. And can understand why WOW player's run for cover when people talk about AOC the skill level needed to play WOW is alot lower than AOC.

And having said that, have run into many WOW player's, who leave AOC and go back WOW mainly because they have been dumbed down so much by playing WOW and are unwilling to learn truly the only skilled based MMO/PVP on the market.

Take a better picture that represents Age of Conan, folks. What's posted here is a joke.
Take a picture of one of the Tier 1 raids, or something like the Onyx Chambers.
And for those who say that Age of Conan isnt good after the first 20 levels--guess you haven't been around for a while, huh?

Better graphic better sound better soundtrack better lore better fightingsystem runs stabel and sound no waiting no kiddis nasty pvp BOOBS BLOOD & GORE

They are improving everything, but it's not enough to beat WoW yet. Admitedly though, it is less cartoonish than WoW, but it's the gameplay that count most, not the graphics.

I was on WOW the other day and saw something horrible....a motorcycle... yes a motorcycle... I immediately closed WOW and i'm never going back. A motorcycle? what the hell? AOC for me.

AoC is easy on the eyes and for a more mature crowd! I love the fatalities nothing like cutting a head off and watching the blood splatter every where! WoW is way to cartoony for me and takes very little skill when it comes to combat. WoW feels like a kiddies game!
