    Ryze is kinda better when you build him as Tanky-Mana-Guy. He also needs to be centered in fight and could use if somebody sticks enemies together.
    Lux can poke him from distance pretty well, but I think Ryze would win.

    Lux is deals damage from distance, Ryze needs to be close. In fight one vs one i think Ryze would win if he gets close to lux with flash or whatever.
