    Probably great to mention that AQ3D will have the Darkovia release which will feature vampires, but the game in general won't focus on vampires. There aren't really a bunch of MMOs that focus a lot on witches and/or vampires.

    Now there is an upcoming vampire fantasy MMO called Shadow's Kiss, but it's in pre-alpha. It might interest you though, so it might be worth checking out.
