    My uncle told me that he would buy me any game that I want as my birthday gift. My friends suggested me to buy Assassin's Creed.
    Now I am really confused about which one should I buy. AC1,AC2,ACB or ACR?
    Also is it true that the story of AC2 is carried on ACB?
    Also is it some sort of rpg? And does AC2 have any friendly AI system (like brotherhood)?

    Please help me choose :)

    I would start on ACR. The multiplayer is the most developed and the single player is good as well. Unless you care about the story then this is what I suggest.

    I'd play 2 and up personally

    Ezio Auditore is usually the more preferred character compared to Altair.

    Ezio was just....the 'Jason Statham' of the Assassins if you will =p.

    It is by no means an RPG other than customization of your weapons. But in the end the game does have it's strongest weapons.

    Beating the game is easy, it's synchronizing that is the hard part.


    I started at brotherhood and just read up on the series. It was a really well built game. It wasn't short either which was great.

    AC1 is good but not as smooth and polished as AC2 and up. AC2 is where the game really started coming together and AC: Brotherhood was a nice improvement on it. Haven't got the chance to play Revelations yet but I'd guess it follows the same trend.

    If your not worried about Story then I'd recommend Revelations... if you wanna save some money go for Brotherhood or AC2... heck might be able to pick up both for little less or same price as Revelations.

    Pretty sure AC2 doesn't have the helpers Brotherhood has, although I wouldn't say Brotherhood's helpers are all that amazing either. It's basically just a special attack and sometimes they don't get it right lol but they can be useful when you get in tricky situations.

    I think that Assassin's Creed: Revelations is the best games of those ones. So I would buy that if I were you :p

    I know, I know..I'm a tad late with my reply here hehe, but here's my input anyways - in case you did get one of the games and enjoyed it: don't get ACIII. Imo, being a huge fan of the AC games, the last one was a huge disappointment.

    From storyline to main char, gameplay, controls, visuals, you name it really, they're all subpar. Plus, it was boring :D

    Can't really going wrong with anyone, but I'd say Revelation based on the poll options.

    Outside of the poll, I would probably recommend Assassin's Creed Unity
