    I think he is strong but over rated. When i play ranked everyone is like if they pick Kassa we will lose for sure :)

    His q doesnt silence anymore

    Anyone thinks kassadin is op now. I mean at level 18 your ult 2.7 sec coldown!!! By then i usually have 3000 mana so i can basicly run araund and be everywhere. His ther spels are strong too. 500 damage with q. Nice.
