    As cedvita told you cant compare this 2 but for me zac is more useful cuz of the his bouncing ult that can nock up whole enemy team.

    Yea its rly hard for them to go on same lane, mby top only. Bit azir is so much better, rly good dmg and he can push away zac when he jump on him. Also tons of dmg lategame, can carry game so easy, but its rly hard to play
