It's something like Invoker from Dota only this is for League of Legends http://www.gameogre.com/forums/moba/64545-champion-suggestion-lychnus-fifth-light-holder.html Varan , The Double/Twin-Edged Balance. Primary: Assassin Faction: Unfactioned Lore: When Varan awakened saw his village burned down to the ground. He saw his family dead around him and wondered how he survived. He went out to find the Ionian Temple he knew his brother - Varus had served at. When he arrived he found out that his brother had thrown himself into the Pit of Corruption. That day he swore an oath, he would find the legendary blades of balance and restore equality between good and evil. Varan journeyed years and years without success, he was on the verge of giving up when he realised the blades might not be on the continent of Valoran. He started on a journey over the seas looking for any sign of land. One fateful day the boat he traveled on crashed and sank into the sea, he thought he was dead and would never see, much less save his brother from the corruption. Then he drifted off into a dark slumber. When Varan woke up he found himself at the entrance of a shattered ancient temple. Varan gathered the last bit of energy he had left and went into the temple. The moment he walked (crawled) into the temple it became filled with shadows made of light, one of them approached him and told him they had been waiting millenia for a worthy emissary to carry the blades of balance and restore balance to the world. They told him balance did not mean peace or harmony, only equality between good and evil. They bestowed upon Varan the four blades of balance, the twin swords of light and darkness and secrets forgotten by humanity millenia ago. Varan thanked the shadows for the gifts and bid his farewell, the shadows wished him fortune on his quest for balance and told him he could summon them with his blades if he would ever need their aid. Varan then left the temple and summoned the elements, to carry him back to Valoran. After Varan arrived at Valoran he saw the true face of mankind, he saw few humans that had not succumbed to the greed of power. Varan vowed to find out the reason mankind lusted for power. He thought if he found out maybe he could - purge the greed out of mankind, but then he realised that would destroy the balance of the world. Moments after he had finished that thought he found himself ripped through a portal to the Summoner’s Rift. Now he randomly gets summoned to the Summoner’s Rift, but Varan still tries to fulfill his quest in restoring balance and stop getting interrupted by the random summons. Q - Sword Shade/Brilliant Slash - Resonating Slice Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 (40 RS) Range:850 (475 RS) Active:Sword Shade: Varan commands his blades in target direction dealing damage to all enemies in a line dealing 60/100/140/180/220+(100%bonus AD) physical damage and reducing all cooldowns by 1 second, but reduces R’s cooldown by 0.5 second for each enemy hit. Brilliant Slash: Varan infuses his swords with brilliant energy and slashes with them in target direction sending out a shockwave that deals 70/100/130/160/190+(75%bonus AD) physical damage and stuns all enemies hit for 0.5/0.75/1 (levels 1/3/5) seconds. Resonating Slice: To activate you have to use (Brilliance) Q and (Shadow) W within 1.5s. Varan sends out a wave of energy in target direction dealing 100/150/200/250/300+(45%AD). Then he teleports to target location and sending out another wave of energy (the resonance) in the direction he came from dealing 50% of the damage dealt from the initial wave (does not damage units that were not hit by the first wave) as true damage. W - Shifting Shrouds/Mark of Brilliance - Rush of the Bright Shadow Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 (30 RBS) Range: 475 (900 MB) (600 RBS) Passive: Varan’s blades will strike on every fifth basic attacks dealing 2.5/5/7.5/10/12.5 true damage each (10/20/30/40/50). Blades will also apply stacks of Ying-Yang (so 4 basic attacks = 20), and weakness. Active:Shifting Shrouds: Varan teleports to target location and summons a shroud of shadows around him that will damage all enemies in it by 3+(2% of targets AP and AD)% of their maximum health and absorb 10/12.5/15% of the damage dealt to him for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds. If the shadows absorb one or more attacks/abilities Varan will be able to teleport to another location (475 range) for free (does not give the shroud of shadows). Mark of Brilliance: Varan marks his target for 10 seconds revealing it and slowing it by 1/2/3/4/5%. Varan can then reactivate this ability to dash to the marked target consuming the mark and dealing 80/100/120/140/160+(30%opponents AP) as physical damage. Rush of the Bright Shadow: To activate you have to use (Shadow) Q and (Brilliance) W within 3 seconds. Varan summons a shadow made of light (somehow xD) that will rush in target direction. If Varan reactivates the ability while the shadow is dashing he will command his blades after the shadow dealing 20/25/30/35/40 true damage to all enemies hit (enemies can only be hit by one blade). If the shadow hits an enemy it will be revealed for 5 seconds and dealt 150/175/200/225/250+(25% of opponents AP) physical damage. E - Immaterial Rush/Bright Descent - Transcended Rush Cooldown: 10 (50 TR) Range: 500 Passive: If Varan activates Immaterial Rush and Bright Descent within 1.5 seconds of each other (By activating his exclusive item right after casting his Q will reset cooldown only once every 60/55/50 seconds depending on item level) Varan can the cast this ability again as Transcended Rush. Active:Immaterial Rush: Varan dashes to target enemy, becoming a untargetable for the duration. Upon arriving he deals 50/75/100/125/150+(100%bonus AD) physical damage but leaves his 4 blades where he started. Varan can then reactivate the ability to dash back or stay. If he dashes back the blades will spin dealing 10/20/30/40/50+(40%AD) true damage in a 100 range radius. If he stays the blades will then rush to him dealing 10/20/30/40/50+(40%AD) true damage to all enemies hit. (blades can strike the same target multiple times) Bright Descent: Varan Summons a Sword of pure energy above his target that will follow it for the next 0.5 second. After 0.5 second the sword falls on top of his target dealing 50/75/100+(100%bonus AD) magic damage to the target. Transcended Strike: Varan lunges at target enemy 5 times in quick succession with both of his swords. Each strike deals 25/50/75/100/125+(75%bonus AD) physical damage and knocks back the target 100 range and the four blades follow in a cone dealing 10/20/30/40/50 true damage separately to all enemies hit (so the target will be damaged 40/80/120/160/200 true damage on each rush) (applies on hit effect so the blades will apply 4 stacks of something like Braum passive to main target). R - Umbram Omega/Sacred Incarceration Cooldown: 110/95/80 Range:3000(UO) 1500(SI) Cast time: 1s Passive: Varan’s Basic attacks + blades apply stacks of Ying-Yang up to 20 on the same target. Stacks of Ying-Yang reduce the damage dealt by that unit by 1% and increases the damage taken by 1%. Stacks start to decay after 5 seconds. Varan’s blades additionally his blades also apply stacks of weakness up to 200 (Varan’s next ability or basic attack against a target with 200 weakness will deal 200% damage and bleeding them for 5/7.5/10% of their current health). Active:Umbram Omega: Varan marks his target for 1.5 seconds. After the mark dissipates Varan will summon 4 of the shadows of light and rush to the target in an all out attack with the shadows, dealing 400/500/600+(100%AD) physical damage. But if target has 20 Ying-Yang stacks on it he will deal 800/1000/1200+(200%AD) physical damage instead (consumes the stacks). Varan will cloak himself for 4/5/6 seconds and get 80/90/100% bonus movement speed after marking the target. If Varan takes damage while stealthed he will take 150% damage (he is exhausted). Sacred Incarceration: Varan commands his blades to pin down target champion. Each blade strikes 0.5 seconds after the last one (1st 0.5s 2nd 1s 3rd 1.5s 4th 2s). Sacred Incarceration roots target champion for 2.5/3/3.5 seconds and each blade deals 100/125/150+(30%AD) physical damage. If the target has over 150 stacks of weakness Sacred Incarceration also reduces the armor and magic resist of the target by 25% for 3 seconds or until dealt damage equal to 50% of their current health. Tips: A good combo is to use the E combo (Transcended Strike) and then the (shadow) R for the full damage output. You will be able to reactiveate his W (Shifting Shrouds) if you get damaged by something like ignite or poison. Counter Tips: Try to avoid being hit by his basic attacks (even more when he learns his W) or skills that utilize his blades, so he can’t utilize the full damage potential of his (shadow) R. Most of Varan’s skills are target abilities so if he can’t target you he is pretty much useless.
