This is some king of old creature that was lived in an Ice Age and now he is angry and want revenge.My opinion

 

He kinda looks like Stitch from Lilo and Stitch

 

Gnar

Damage: 57/+3.6 per level (118 at level 18)
Health: 380/+115 per level (2335 at level 18)
Mana: 196/+37 per level (825 at level 18)
Move speed :310
Armor: 12.1/+3.7 per level (75 at level 18)
Magic Resist: 30/+0 per level
Health regen: 1.27/+.18 per level (4.33 at level 18)
Mana regen: 1.1/+.12 per level (3.14 at level 18)

Role: Tank/Assassin (Yes, tank/assassin)

Passive: To every 100 health he loses, he gets 1 bonus Magic Resist and Armor.

Gnar launches one of his souls in a line, doing 50/75/100/125/150 damage to all enemies it passes through and losing 10/15/20/25/30 health if it damages a champion.

Gnar releases a suffering soul from his body, becoming unable to move or taking any actions, but fearing all enemies close for 0.25/0.5/0.75/1 second. While in this "screaming state", Gnar loses his regeneration effects (base regeneration and bonus regeneration from level or items) and all close allied champions receive 10/15/20/25/30% of his regen. The scream lasts for 5 seconds.

As this is kinda weird to understand, one example here:
Soul Scream is level 5, and thanks for his items he has 15 life regen and 10 mana regen. All his allies receive bonus 4.5 life regen and 3 mana regen.

Example: He has the Burning Soul at level 2, and the Decaying Soul at level 5. He lost 2000 health, he would get bonus 5.4% life steal, would lose 12 more health per second, deal 7.8 extra damage per second and the activation would fear for extra 0.75.
This may be kinda overpower for now (even though his skills damage and effects are only scaled by his ultimate skill effect, not by ap/ad or anything else)... but that's why I'm posting it for you guys, I want some recomendations, and I also want to know if this weird tank/assassin who loses hp every second is a good idea.

With all souls spells, i bet he is Tresh's pet or sonething, he feed him with all those souls

Gnar jungler ?

Ive tried him in jungle, and i must say, he have great potential for that, if his rage is controlled correctly, u cant create rly strong gankes, with high percentage of kill, even before lvl 6

oh,i've been dying to hear the anwser for the same question.I've recently started playing jungle a lot and i'd like to try gnar,i think he is viable because of his W's passive.

 

Oh i don't have PBE so i can't play

 

As i saw, he cannot transform to big one if he is not in combo... so i dont belive that he can get rage form while he ganking, he have that jump but not slow on small form, so i dont belive that Gnar will be playable on jungle role, my oppinion

 

If u use E when ur smal to jump over enemy, on 95-100 rage, when u truning in to big one, guarantied kill, hard to pull but op combo
