i take them out of free will, my main problem is i need to eat more because i'm kind of skinny

If your skinny, try to drink as much water as you can, you will be hungry whole day(before meal and after meal)

Yes i do. But sometimes im too lazy to take a vitamins
I do take vitamins everyday which are fish oil, d-vitamin and multivitamin.
I used to not to take them but i kinda grew a habit to take them considering that for example i don't always get to eat fish and i will just take fish oil capsule instead as an alternative.
