    generally speaking they are bad practice, but this guy wants to have an embedded song and it has to keep playing when a visitor opens a new page. So there are 2 solutions for that: A. frames or B. open a second window. He clearly doesn't want a second window, so that means frames is the only available alternative.

    Parsing wouldn't help you at all. You can parse all you want, but at the end of the day the embedded song has to be on a page somewhere.

    indeed and thank goodness it doesn't

    I've noticed GO is quite good at avoiding bad practice. The only poor bit I can find, are the upper links. Which is really good if you consider how big GO is.
