    I think both of them are good and you see them picked a lot in matches...as far as roles go i would say garen top lee jungle but in the end it all comes down to which one of the 2 you enjoy playing the most!!!! :)

    If you playing Jingle go with Lee Sin, but Lee Sin is the hardest Mechanical Champion.
    But Garen is for Top and he is eazy to learn how to play him.

    But if you want tank like Garen and Lee Sin you can use Xin Zhao for Jungle!

    I prefer lee sin due to his movement abillites and outplay potential but garen is much simpler to play if you aren't that good in game

    Lee is useful only in jungle. And Garen has the simplest kit ever made. If you think Lee top then no, Garen is better for top.
