    This is the final match of the second round in the Online Shooter Showdown. Voting for this match will end on April 5, 2010 at 12:01 AM Central.

    Unlike the MMORPG Showdowns, voting in this thread will have a large say in determining the winning game because each review score in the Review Directory will be multiplied by the percentage of votes received here. For example, a game that had a 9 in the Review Directory and won all of the votes here would have an overall score of 9. If a game had a 9 in the review directory but tied here, that game would have an overall score of 4.5 because it only won 50% of the vote. In the event of an overall tie, voting will be determined via comments.

    While Global Agenda is a pretty cool FPS, with pretty nice looking gameplay, and a TON of skills to play around with and customize your character, it just isn't as polished and good as Bad Company 2. Look at my reviews for more detail. Basically, Bad Company 2 does a LOT, and is an FPS that actively encourages teamwork (and succeeds) AND tactics (and gives you lots of tactical options). It's a magnificient piece of work that I couldn't even entirely summarize in my reviews.

    Global Agenda looks set to be a great game, but if I wanted a FPS with just ONE of an MMO's features, it would be a large, seamless, player-driven world that many players can play in at the same time. While the abundance of skills in Global Agenda is nice, I'd much prefer something like Love MMO.

    Global Agenda could have been awesome. I just feel that the ideal MMOFPS is a pipedream. Look at the vaporware known as Huxley. My guess is that it will never be finished like DNF.

    The next match should be closer. I'm definitely rooting for AVA, but Crossfire won last time and some people have it in their predictions so will root for it despite what they think about either game.
