    Injury is rly bad ...
    I had a shoulder injury and need to rest 3-5 months ...
    But now its ok ...

    Yes, that's definitely true.

    On top of the injury itself, you also won't be able to exercise for a long while.

    It's really terrible. You must always be careful, when you doing any kind of training.

    Dang that is alot. Powerlifters tend to get hurt alot too. Young guys as well because they want to impress others.

    Why only two weeks ? :)

    That about injuery, I was yesterday on press ,,machine" push 190kg. It's max weigh for it, some friends told me sometimes is better to push lower weights more times than bigger just a few times. Also you risking to get injuery...

    Some1 just gets sick of it after a week or two and never returns. Others are consistant. :) When did u guys start going to the jym?

    exerting more force with your capacity will possible lead to injury so it is better to start with enough weights that you can carry.
