Gym, exercise, working out

    Yeah if you are young and work out you can eat anything and everything
    Just remember protein after workouts

    I love t running with my friend,but we more talking than runing

    I was once but too much hardcore bodybilders .I decided to buy some thing i need for my own homemade gym

    2 miles on the treadmill, 1 mile on recumbant bike, 1/2 mile worth of laps in the pool and some weight training each day. I try not to skip a day but it happens

    I go every day, I miss a few but hate to miss.

    2 miles on the treadmill, a mile on the recumbent bike and about a 1/2 mile in laps in the pool. I have a weight training machine at home for later in the day

    Any1 knows of some diet for burning fat? Have a nice belly forming and need to get rid of it. :)

    I put on a lot of weight with an illness and medication and got tired of using it as an excuse. In December I decided I needed a change and I've stuck to it. I increase where I can whether it's a mile here or there. My goal this summer is to do a 5k although it'll be a fast walk. I can't see myself running hehe

    Sweating and eating less actually. But running or swimming is probably the most effective option.

    Year ago I started running 5 days a week and 2 days I rest until 3 months ago I started to go in gym I got 5 kg and I'm happy with results for now ( I don't drink protein shakes , gainers etc.)

    Been going to the gym for like 5 months now, 3 times a week. It's been nice and most of all fun since i've been going with my friends. No proteoins or anything for me i just wanna shape up a little and have some fun :D

    It's my sixth month now and I've gotten stronger. I have 75kg now (had 65 kg ), 6 times a week. It is now my daily routine, I like to go with my friends.
