    Wukong is really strong pick for jungle(also for top). He has insane ult for teamfights and with black cleaver his damage is insane as his ult. Wukong is much better in my opinion, he always was in my top 3 picks for jungle.

    I like heca more, solid dmg, good sustain in lane with W, also his ulty is easy way to go near enemy carries and kill them, for me wu is more for combo comps, and that is not easy to play

    Again is all a matter of how one looks at both heroes are good i would rather be in Hecarim simply and easily on a pony and that's it xD: D strong tank how good tank is so good and when DMG.
