Hot Time Compensation For Scania

    Hello Maplers,


    During Hot Time on January 14, many players in Scania experienced a disconnection after receiving the Hot Time box and when they logged back in they no longer had the box. Because of this issue, many players that qualify did not get their Hot Time rewards. We are reviewing the data now and all players that qualified for the Hot Time box but did not get the rewards will get a replacement box during the next scheduled maintenance (currently planned for January 18.) We apologize for these issues and thank you very much for your patience.

    Dear Maplers,

    During the maintenance, we ran into difficulties in distributing the 3rd Hot Time gift box to the Scanians who lost the item at the time. We are very sorry for this inconvenience, and we will be trying again during the next scheduled maintenance. Thank you much for your support and patience.

    Dear Maplers,

    During today’s maintenance, we successfully distributed the replacement gift boxes with the 3rd Hot Time rewards to all affected players.

    As a gesture of thanks for your patience in this issue, we are giving 5,000 Maple Points to all affected Scanians. The points will appear on your affected character’s account by the end of today, January 20.

    Once again we apologize for the delay, and thank you for your continued loyalty and support.
