How do you guys stay fit/in shape

    I constantly work out and do cardio. I have main workout sessions once a day. To go along with that I run a 5k every day I don't goto the gym and I run 2.5k the days that I do. I try to also play sports when I can but it's hard in the winter.

    I don't go to the gym but workout at least twice a day for 6 days/week.

    well i kinda lazy potatocouch guy but i play soccers every monday ( clear the steam from within XD)

    I run for at least 30 mins everyday apart from 2 workouts ( 1 x abs and 1 x heavy lifting).
     
  6. Not a bad idea at all. Thirty minutes is just a very small fraction of the day used up, and spending each day simply running seems like it would improve health in a couple of months. Plus I think if you have sleeping issues, exercising could make you feel less lethargic, and so you could be potentially saving more time and making yourself healthy.
