I decided to kill the linux on my 1GB flash drive and fill it with Splashfighters and Roguelike games...only problem is that roguelike games are so small that I have all of them I can think of in only 32 MB. (possibly ~50 including save data). Splashfighters is 600 MB.

    600 + 50 = 650. The flash drive is ~923.
So I need a game that can fit on my flash drive (and be playable off of it.)

    Who has one?

Not sure of the exact size of the game but Tibia has a really small client, pretty dated though. Been around for years so it must be doing something right.

Do you have any idea of how dominate the premium service is in Tibia? Just wondering.

And that is only 20MB...NEED MOAR! :D

I got a fun little game it's called Defend the Library!
    here's a download. http://www.megaupload.com/?d=XNQ6YYF8
The file is 226MB but if it takes up too much space just delete the DirectX folder and it drops to 175.

I'll just put four Darn (not really darn.) Small Linux installations. I wanna linux drive anyway. Asking on another forum if I can still have my games left over, or if I should just use a bigger Linux Distro with more features.

    DSL information

I need a Linux distro so I can play Dwarf Fortress in text mode, greatly increasing the speed.

GAH! I remembered why I shouldn't have deleted my old linux distro (which I didn't like.) It is such a PAIN to get the network card working from my laptop. (dumb HP laptops have to have a fancy card.)

Now I have to figure out how to download things without internet again...I think I had to put it manually on the USB card...

Eh, I'll find a tutorial again. It wasn't that hard once I found out how.

Here's a list full of portable games, but I've picked out some that you might like below the link: Portable Games

Glest is an RTS, that can be made portable, and it will be 113 MB in size afterwards. Here's the link to how to make it portable: How to make Glest portable

Mega Mario is basically Mario, but portable and free, and it will be about 25 MB (full version, extracted). Here's the link to the page (not too professional, the website): Mega Mario

Anyway, see the rest, some of them are multiplayer only.

Eh, I'm fine for games now, anything I don't use will be filled with the Linux drive.

Now I gotta figure out how TO GET THAT DUMB WIRELESS CARD WORKING. I really hate HP.

    Glest looks awesome though.

He has simple Wi-Fi. We were setting up a game server.

I have a simple Wi-Fi card, but it's made for Windows, so it takes a little work for it to work in Linux.

Is it portable? Meaning you don't have to install it?

Even a fake install will work. (just extracts files, not editing registry.)

And I'm not off topic. I am talking about getting Linux on this USB drive, as it's better than games.

yes it is portable, i actually got a bad mark for playing it on IT at school from my flash, rofl.

after 'installing' just paste 'em over.

btw it requires payment so u might consider getting it illegally, but ehh.. i'm not FORCING you to do illegal stuff, now am i ;).
