    +30 on win means he is ABOVE the needed mmr for that division. the higher your mmr is, you get more lp per win and lose less. it makes no sense...

    ok i really need help in ranked do i pick counter champions and champions my team needs (amumu wukong etc.) or champions i know how to play but i can get countered easy (kata fizz etc.)

    I usually take the ones that I'm good with, that's why I have atleast 2 champs for each lane that I'm good at... But if your team really wants you to play someone then take him.
