    Jungle:Flash+Smite
    Top:Flash+TP
    Mid:Flash+Clairvoyance

    It doesn't just depend on role, it also depends on champion and situation.

    So maybe casualty is to use Ignite on mid, but if you play versus Yasuo or Zed, you will better like Barrier or Heal... If it is Fizz or Katarina, you will get exhaust, which will make your support get ignite or tp.
    If support gets tp, then top laner will get ignite.

    Some champions that can become more powerful with some abilities(etc. Trynda R, Master R) could use Cleanse versus Hard CC team.

    If you will tp and help team,better tp,if you going to use it just to back to lane,then ignite. I always take tp when I play Darius,because he can change impact of fight on bottom,3v4,he and support and adc vs 4 enemy,easy breezy

    It really deppends on your role, it also deppends who you are up against.
    Always flash and than pick something you need.
    On bot (as sup) : if i am up against soaraka i would pick ignie.
    As adc: heal always.
    On mid exhaust or ignite or maybe something for fun like smite XD
    Jungle : smite and flash if i play shaco or something i am picking smite and ignite
    Top : Teleport maybe ignite, maybe exhaust...
    - Picking your summoner spells really deppends on your role and enemy team..
