    Well on lvl 6 Syndra can do about 540 dmg with her ultimate (3 balls she will use anyway + 3 balls which you can have; 2 on field and 1 taken by 'W') which is preety awsome, but it is hard to cast in the right moment. They both have stun 'nd stuff but the way Ziggs can travel with his 'E' would be the reason i would pick him.

    In my syndra is much better i always win my lane against a ziggs and if do the combo with your ult and e you can stun 3 or more enemies,but like everything in the league it depends on your prefence
