    Nami is designed to support only has to play. I have everything I need to help the ADC. While the pipe does not have all the things which is support needed. I liked the Lulu for mid / top. But do not tell that Lulu bad support.

    Nami is an awesome support with her heal, passive and CC, however, she is mana hungry and harder to use - her peal (and usually engage) depends on your ability to land a bubble. You miss, and your carry can end up dead.

    Lulu has a slow, a shield, silence, speed boost and wild growth. Her CC is limited, but her ability to protect her adc and get him kills doesn't depend on skillshots.

    I think Lulu has better scaling than Nami, and probably needs less mana.
