    Nidalee on lane. Eben if Lux does her q-e combo, your q will hurt more. If she snares you, it means there are either no minions between you or there's only one. Spear her, if she wants to trade, she'll have to do it safe, meaning no picking her passive. That's a big deal in lane phase. After 6, Nidalee can easily dodge skillshoots and position herself to use her human form Q.

    It turns around in teamfights. Nidalee is pretty much useless except 1 or 2 spears and heal while teamfight is battling. She can't really rush and jump into 5 full hp enemies. Lux can snare 2 people, shield some (or all) of her allies, TWICE, can poke few people with her e and can't clean with her ult.

    Of course, Zohinya's is great help to deny Lux's whole combo. If Lux gets it it won't save her from Nidalee, most of the times.

    Short: Nidalee will probably win the lane, Lux will be more useful in teamfights.
