Yepp and sometimes there are events where you can get items like safety charms for free ^-^ (Valentine's event for example)

Blue snail - Commonly found
Red snail - Commonly found
Orange Mushrooms - Commonly found

lv. 11-20

Blue ribbon pigs - awesome spawn and good exp
Zombie Mushroom - Nice spawn + good exp

lv. 21-30

Zombie lupins - huge spawn + good exp
Malady - Uber spawn and 60 exp each (most recommended)
Rotting Skeleton - 74 exp, most recommended

lv. 31-40

Helmet pepe - Uber spawn + good exp
Royal guard pepe - Uber spawn + good exp
Jr. Cellion/Jr.Grupin/Jr.Lioner - Extreme spawn + good exp

lv. 41-50

Cellion/Grupin/Lioner - Uber spawn and 116 exp
Greatest oldies - great spawn and good exp

When you are over level 150 you basically want to kill low level monsters as you could get the exp faster than killing 150 level monsters. Also this guide is for MOB GRINDING TRAINING AREAS and doesn't contain any PQ. You could try PQ sometime when you are bored from grinding.
