yup prevention is better, that's why a trustworthy webhost is important and a well protected server
when i try attack on denmark in Command & Conquer page
i don't lost any units
i take screenshot from stronghold game and use it in my new game
i want know if this legal or no?
if it is copyrighted material you're taking the screenshot from, it is not legal.
except if use of the printscreen pertains for a certain reason that is amongst the exclusions as the stipulated in the copyright (for example it is for educational use)
another exception is if you edit the screenshot and use it for inspiration or parody. Parody is legal in the Netherlands, but I doubt it is legal in Egypt. That's one of the few areas where Dutch and also Danish laws differ from British and French laws. There is Dutch jurisprudence regarding for instance a certain parody on the song Barbie Girl by the Danish band Aqua.
In the United States the use of parody remains infringement in most states. Again there is jurisprudence on that. An example of that is Bad Bert, a parody on Bert of Sesame Street.
Yes, I would avoid using anything like screenshots from other games. It would case more trouble than it is worth.
I doubt it.
Did you find enough beta testers?
i'm sure he can always use more
Yes, beta testers are usually a big need.
