Orsinium is Now Available on PC and Mac

Starting today, you'll be able to visit Orsinium for the first time since The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall! We have all the details to get you started, along with a special message from ESO's Creative Director, Rich Lambert.

We're very excited to welcome our PC and Mac players to the ancestral home of the Orcs - Orsinium! And for those of you who play ESO on Xbox One and PlayStation®4, don't worry. The worldwide launch of the Orsinium DLC game pack will be available on 11.17 and 11.18. To kick off our launch, Creative Director Rich Lambert has a special message for everyone:

Welcome, everyone, to our second DLC game pack – Orsinium! This is by far our largest DLC to date, and one of the largest zones we've ever built. There is a huge amount of content to discover with tons of new quests, group bosses, delves, public dungeons, new items, and of course the PVE game mode - the Maelstrom Arena. The team has really outdone themselves with Orsinium and I know you are going to be amazed when you get in and experience what has been built.

Orsinium isn't just a new zone, however. The base game patch for this DLC includes a large number of quality of life improvements that everyone gets access to including controller support, battle leveling updates, subtitles, shield dyeing, LFG improvements, and the Champion Point cap and catch-up system. We're committed to the continual improvement of the game and making sure we're delivering a high quality, fun experience for all.

I know a lot of you are already asking, "What's next for ESO?" Well... aside from a short, well deserved holiday break for the team, our focus is on the Thieves Guild DLC. With it comes a new Trial as well as a myriad of other bug fixes and quality of life improvements. We will have more details on the Thieves Guild and the other DLCs in the new year.

WELCOME TO ORSINIUM

The largest ESO DLC game pack to date, Orsinium takes you to the mountains of Wrothgar, and to the Orc capital itself, to unravel plots and counter-plots, and encounter all-new enemies and allies. Whether you choose to strike out and explore this vast new zone on your own, play through the quests, face the challenges of the Maelstrom Arena, or team up with friends to take on the new public dungeons and world bosses, there's something here for everyone.

As with our previous DLC, Orsinium comes in two parts—the DLC game pack, and the base-game patch. The base-game patch will be available to everyone who owns ESO, and the DLC game pack will automatically download with it, allowing you instant access to the new content when you purchase it, or activate an ESO Plus™ membership. Purchasing the Orsinium DLC game pack gives you full access to Wrothgar and the city of Orsinium, and includes the following:

• Over 20 hours of captivating story content and quests
• A long-awaited exploration of the culture of Tamriel's Orcs
• A colossal new zone available to characters of all levels
• A new single-player progressive challenge, The Maelstrom Arena
  • Available in Normal and Veteran versions
  • Grants special rewards only obtainable by completing arenas
  • Includes class-specific leaderboards, so you can see how you match up against your fellow combatants
• Quests and objectives that contribute to rebuilding the city of Orsinium, returning it to its former glory

PURCHASE DETAILS

Anyone who has purchased The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited and has an active ESO Plus™ membership will automatically have access to the Orsinium DLC game pack. If your ESO Plus™ membership ends or lapses, you will no longer have access to the Orsinium DLC game pack content and areas, but you will still have any items you earned while you had access.

If you do not have an active ESO Plus™ membership you can purchase the DLC game pack for 3,000 Crowns via the in-game Crown Store. Simply press the “," key (the default Crown Store key) or click the Crown Store icon on the menu bar to open the Crown Store, navigate to the DLC section, and purchase the Orsinium DLC game pack.

If you want to enter Wrothgar in style, our Orsinium DLC Collector's Edition contains everything you'll need. You'll receive the Orsinium DLC game pack itself, bundled with a mighty cave bear mount, a playful cave bear cub pet, and five experience scrolls, all for just 5,000 crowns!

ACCESS DETAILS

Once you've purchased the Orsinium DLC game pack or activated your ESO Plus™ membership, you're just moments away from traveling to the mountains of Wrothgar.

Travel to your starting city—Daggerfall, Davon's Watch, or Vulkhel Guard—and when you arrive, you'll be approached by an Orc messenger who will present you with a letter from Forge-Mother Alga. Finish speaking to the messenger to begin the “Invitation to Orsinium" quest. Next, seek out Ambassador Lazgara in Daggerfall, Davon's Watch, or Vulkhel Guard and speak with her to advance the quest and arrange for transportation to the Merchant's Gate in Wrothgar.

You can also enter Wrothgar via the gates in the neighboring zones of Stormhaven and Bangkorai, or you can use the Wayshrine network to fast-travel there.
