Patch 6.24

I love it on ap soraka, played it a bit and it's really fun, when you get morelo-->rylais-->luden you can do so much dmg without any skill xd and enemy can't really dodge your spells, since E is instant cast and you use it to slow them and then you can hit Q easily without a problem and they get double slowed which makes them really vulnerable

 

Am using Ryals on soraka for over 5 years, even long time ago before rework, it was the best item on her, just go in to enemy team and spam q, u cant die, and they cant run, so much fun

 

it's buff for all DoT users and aoe spell users, and nerf for single target abillity users
