Problems with patching League of Legends

If you have problem with patching 6.17 read these instarctions .
*When was last time you run Windows Uptade
1.you can see by going to START .then type Windows Uptade and spress enter.
2.then on the left click on View Update History and on the far right you,il see the column Date Installed
3.What is date listed at the very top of Date insalled?
*Is automatic root certificate update turned off?
Yuo can see this by doing the folowing .
1.Click START,and then type run and press enter. 2.in run type gpedit.msc and than click OK.
3.If the User Account Control dialog box appers,confirm that action it display is what you want,click continue.
4.Under computer configuration,Double click Administrative Templates,double click System,double click Internet Communication Managment, and then click Internet Communication settings,
5.Double click Turn off automatic root certificates update.
6.At the top left you,il see Not configured,Enabled and Disabled . Which one is selected?
