    2 pages are way to little, u need at least 4, for every role 1 (top jungle can me same), i have 16 but now i actively use 12-14. But i have 6-7 pages only for support (way to many). Save IP and buy 2 for 1 when sale comes

    I have 4 rune pages. I'm planning more.

    Advice: You don't need many champions. You need one or two and runes that are made just for them. I don't say, if you like a champion, you should buy it, but runes are more useful.

    Soraka 16% increased heal perma 15% increased armor and MR, full AP soraka will be so OP now

    You need at least 4 rune pages, best thing is to buy then when they are on sale 2 for 1. About mastereis, hmm it really deppends in this new mastery system. I make new page for almost every hero i play, if you aren't sure what to do than just google it. So for standard ad i'd say 18/12 but without mana 18/0/12 , for Riven i take 12/18... so many things you can do with masteries. It really deppends and best thing is to google if you don't know what to do.
