    I have two rune pages that can cover all champs but arent the best for evry champ

    AD : ad marks, armor seals,magic resist glyphs and ad quintessences

    AP : magic pene marks, armor seals ,magic resist glyphs, ap quintessences

    For your adc runes i recommend you to get 4% life steal and not use crit strike and ofc finish Magic resist

    Mark: AD
    Seal: Flat Armor
    Glyph: Magic Ressist per level
    Quint: Lifesteal or Flat AD

    MR per level on bottom are much more useful cuz u dont take lot of magic dmg early game, only late in teamfights.
