One time, when I was about 14 or so. I was home alone since my parents relied on me for knowing what to do if there was a stranger and I practically just stayed in my room playing games. But basically, during the night, I heard like noises on the roof. And I know it sounds cheesy but it literally was thumping noises above my room. We have an attic, but we barely open it.. So what I did, I just put my earbuds on and continue playing. I didn't want to think of it so much. Later I found out that a raccoon was onto of the roof and saw it through my window. We have like a porch in the back yard and saw two raccoons jumping off our roof. I got scared for a sec and didn't give any more thought to it lol

  2. The scariest experience I can think of having was a power outage at night. My house became so dark that I couldn't navigate anywhere and had to walk in the dark bumping into things that I couldn't see.

When i was like 14 or 15, my grandmum got hospitalized. I was left alone and i'm okay with it.. Then when i decided to take a nap, i turned off the lights. And i was petrified at the sight of a white (ghastly sight like tjeres some person in white standing, just standing there near the closet.)
I screamed and grabbed something and ran away i took a nap at the living room sofa and left the lights on. The next morning, i realised its just a white dress my mom hanged. Cx

  6. A scary experience is more about thinking about things that could happen, and what you would do in the event that something happens. Most of the time, staying at home by yourself is calm. Personally I would be more concerned about leaving my house, locking the door from the inside, and forgetting my keys (while waiting for a family member) than actually being inside the home. But probably worse, I'd be more concerned if I left the stove or oven on while trapped outside of my home. That, to me, is a more scary experience than actually staying inside a house.
